A Carnivorous Adventure Amidst Festival Frenzy

Hi there,
I've learned to appreciate the beauty of exploring a wide range of topics. From the intricacies of the carnivore diet to the philosophical musings of life, I'm here to share my journey with you.
Recently, I've been delving into the world of carnivore diets, comparing it with the low-carb lifestyle, exploring the idea of consuming raw meat, and even looking at how it can help with SIBO. If you're curious about these topics, you can check out my latest blog posts:

This past weekend, I found myself amidst the vibrant chaos of a festival. Now, you might be thinking, "Seb, how on earth did you manage to stick to your carnivore diet amidst the tantalising aroma of cheesy chips and pizzas?"
Well, it wasn't easy, I'll tell you that. But I did manage to find some meat-heavy food vendors, including a Greek kebab place and a full English breakfast spot. However, I must confess, the alcohol did kick me out of the carnivore camp.
This experience led me to a realisation. Following a strict diet like carnivore is a breeze when you're at home with a well-stocked fridge and a flexible budget. But when you're out there in the wild (or a festival, in my case), relying on restaurants or fast food, it can be quite the challenge.
As for recommendations, I'm currently reading "The Carnivore Code" by Paul Saladino. It's a fascinating deep dive into the science behind the carnivore diet. If you're interested in exploring this lifestyle, I highly recommend giving it a read.
Before I sign off, here's a thought for you: Life is a constant balancing act, whether it's between work and play, or in my case, a carnivore diet and a festival full of tempting treats.
But remember, it's okay to tip the scales every once in a while. After all, what's life without a little bit of indulgence?
Until next time,
Seb
